What is precision cleaning?
Critically designed and precisely machined components can be rendered unusable if contaminated by microscopic particles or minute amounts of hydrocarbons. Precision cleaning refers to our distinct method of cleaning parts or components to a microscopic level and removing all traces of hidden hydrocarbons. Parts are processed in our ISO 14644-1 certified cleanrooms and do not leave until the packaging procedure is completed, guaranteeing the required level of cleanliness to the very end of the process.
What cleaning methods do you use?
Our cleaning methodologies include ultrasonic solvent baths, manual scrubbing, and pressure flushing. As projects can differ greatly from one another, cleaning strategies will need to differ as well.
