Brian Kemp

Owner and General Manager

As owner and general manager, Brian Kemp brings more than 25 years of engineering and management experience to U.S. Clean Lab (formerly The Janzen-Wahl Group). Brian previously served as engineering manager from 2015 at The Janzen-Wahl Group until he purchased the company in July 2019, renaming to U.S. Clean Lab and rebranding to more accurately reflect the mission of the company.

Brian served in the U.S. Navy for 10 years, and after completion of Nuclear-Power School, earned a Bachelor of Science in nuclear engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1996 as the first graduate of Rensselaer’s U.S. Navy Nuclear Power Program. His diverse background includes design engineering, project management, quality control, metallurgy, equipment failure analysis, and continuous design improvements. His career in the public and private sector has led him to work in over 20 electric generating plants around the nation and world.

Lindsay Guidry
Operations Manager

Lindsay Guidry is the Operations Manager for U.S. Clean Lab. She has worked for U.S. Clean Lab since 2016, and in that time she has successfully maintained the positions of Quality Manager and Laboratory Technician. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University and a Master of Science from the University of Arizona. She moved to Tucson to attend graduate school but is now happy to call this city her home where she has lived since 2012.

Laura Nagore, IOM
Business Manager

Laura is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience in finance and Human Resources. She is the Founder and CEO of Actieplan Consulting, LLC which specializes in assisting small businesses with operational efficiency and financial optimization. Prior to that she was the Chief Financial and Operations Officer at the Tucson Metro Chamber.

Laura is a graduate of the 2014 Greater Tucson Leadership class and she received her U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management (IOM) designation in 2018. Laura has been awarded as the 2014 Western Association of Chamber Executives Gerald W. Hathaway Staff Person of the Year Award, the 2016 Tucson CFO Award – Small or Medium Non-Profit Category, the 2017 Tucson Women of Influence Award – Financial/Banking Champion, and 2017 Tucson 40 Under 40. Laura serves on the City of Tucson Proposition 101 Citizen Oversite Committee and is a Co-Chapter Leader for Free Mom Hugs Arizona.

She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Financial Executives & Affiliates of Tucson. She also volunteers her time teaching financial literacy and budgeting classes for Junior Achievement and other Tucson groups.
