Our vacuum bake process is performed after cleaning and NVR and/or particle verification.

The process consists of placing the part in a heated vacuum chamber for a specific length of time and/or until a specific level of vacuum is achieved. This process removes excess solvents and moisture, and ensures parts are dry prior to bagging. Chambers are pumped using dry scroll technology; no oil-type pumps are allowed in our laboratory.

Our ovens are verified on an annual basis to meet Level 100 Grade A/5. Ovens are instrumented with thermocouple vacuum gauges. Oven chambers are capable of achieving vacuum pressures of 500 milli-torr or better.
